ARANZ Geo specialises in the interpretation and visualisation of geo-science information. We are an established global software and consultancy provider to the Mining, Environmental and Energy industries, with our head office in Christchurch. We help our customers overcome problems and attain long-term business goals.

Due to success our company is experiencing considerable global and local growth and as a result we are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our small, friendly team. This role is full-time, for a 12 month fixed-term to assist with recruitment and operational duties, including HR administration, enabling the team to develop and implement plans and processes at a strategic level.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process and on-boarding
  • Strong organisational and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to self lead, take ownership and initiate tasks
  • Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
